Who We Are.

Virtually Perfected, LLC is a professional assistance, virtual guidance business specializing in services for small business owners, entrepreneurs, business coached, public,& Motivational speakers, and consultants. Virtually Perfected was implemented by company CEO, Ebony Gaynor, and after being in the virtual assistant industry for 11 years working with various types of businesses, Ebony decided to streamline and systematize the areas where her clients needed the most assistance. Once Ebony identified the sector where her clients needed the most assistance, she built a solid team around those areas that are known as the Virtually Perfected, LLC, “Team In A Box” Business Management Service, or VP, LLC, TIB, BMS, for short. Neat right? Ebony formed a team of virtual assistants, Team In A Box Managers, who support business owners with their tasks remotely using today’s technology –  meaning they never have to step foot into an office!

What We Do.

A Team In A Box Manager can do any tasks which do not require physical presence & can be executed using a computer. Some of the most common tasks are Data Entry, Calendar Management, Social Media Maintenance, Bookkeeping, Meeting & Event Planning, E-Newsletters, Internet Research, Database & Contact Management, just to name a few.
